Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your InnovAge purchase.

• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

• Change of Mind: We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
