Shipping policy

We ship all of our products through a service called Big Post. They give you the option for a home delivery, depot collect (see list of depots here) or a business delivery (care home counts as a business).

Larger items like beds and recliners will be delivered on pallets. Please have a good, flat area for the courier to use their tailgate and unload your items - otherwise there may be additional fees. 

You can get a shipping quote for any product by clicking Calculate Shipping on the product page, or adding the product to your checkout and start that process.
